TERMS & CONDITIONS
We kindly request that you please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your experience to ensure you are successfully checked in and properly introduced to the unique amenities of MovieLab. The room is available for set up 30 minutes prior to your rental time. We recommend guests arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
Your experience will begin at the time that you have selected during the checkout process. No extra time will be given due to late arrivals.
The max capacity of the MovieLab is 18 people. We cannot allow guests beyond capacity, cannot add additional seating and cannot allow standing room.
All bookings require a 25% deposit to hold your reservation - failure to pay deposit may result in cancellation of your event booking. Final payment is due 72 hours prior to your event. We will attempt to follow up to ensure timely payment and handled unforeseen circumstances but lack of payment by deadline may result in auto-charge to the card on file or cancellation of your event. Refunds will follow our cancellation policy.
All bookings must be made online through our system. A booking is not considered complete until in the system with a 25% deposit.
All rentals will include a 3% service fee (refundable) and a 3% processing fee (non-refundable).
You can make alterations to your reservation up until 72 hours prior. For changes to reservations made less than 72 hours prior to their start time, please contact MovieLab's event concierge at fpxmovielab@flagshipcinemas.com
Any cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior to the start of your experience are non-refundable.
Cancellations requested more than 24 hours in advance, but less than 72 hours in advance, will be eligible for a refund, minus the 25% deposit and processing fees.
Cancellations requested more than 72 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund (not including processing fees).
Any alterations to the date and/or the time of a reservation, requested more than 24 hours in advance but less than 72 hours in advance, may be charged a fee totaling up to 25% of the experience cost.
Alterations may not be made to a reservations date and/or time less than 24 hours prior to the start of your experience, barring cancellations. For extenuating circumstances please email our team at fpxmovielab@flagshipcinemas.com to discuss any available options.
Experiences with unpaid fees 24 hours prior to the start of your experience may be cancelled at the discretion of MovieLab.
Any excessive damages, beyond normal wear & tear, caused deliberately or accidentally may incur a damages fee. If so, the card on file will be charged within 72 hours of notification of said fee unless other arrangements are made. An itemized list of damages and costs will be provided for any fees which may include but is not limited to cost of replacement, time of repairs, loss of revenue incurred.
Any unruly, disruptive, inappropriate guests will be asked to leave and your event may be ended with no refund at the discretion of MovieLab staff should they deem it necessary.
Rentals must have a parent/guardian 21+ present for the duration of the rental if any attendees are under the age of 16. Responsibility of minors falls on the event host and they agree to supervise their guests and their actions.
BYOB: All local/state laws shall be followed. Please drink responsibly. MovieLab staff reserve the right to remove any guest(s)/group, cancel event and/or limit/prohibit the consumption of alcohol if they observe any safety concerns to guests, staff or property or/or illegal activities or activities that go against these terms and conditions such as, but not limited to, underage drinking, lack of valid ID etc.
Patrons that intend to supply and/or consume alcohol during their event must:
● Supply government-issued valid photo ID containing name and date of birth, and;
● Provide proof of purchase. All alcohol consumed must be purchased within the state of Pennsylvania.
