● Payment will be due in full no later than 72 hours prior to the start of your experience.

● Any cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior to the start of your experience are non-refundable.

● Cancellations requested more than 24 hours in advance, but less than 72 hours in advance, will be eligible for a refund, minus the 25% deposit and processing fees.

● Cancellations requested more than 72 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund (not including processing fees). 

​

● Any alterations to the date and/or the time of a reservation, requested more than 24 hours in advance but less than 72 hours in advance, may be charged a fee totaling up to 25% of the experience cost.

● Experiences with unpaid dues less than 24 hours prior to the start of your experience may be cancelled at the discretion of MovieLab.​
