The hourly cost of your event includes the rental of the space plus 30 minutes for set-up, the technology in the space (projector, tablet, HDMI cord etc), a personal concierge staff member, private restroom, wet bar area, unlimited self-serve popcorn and fountain drinks along with the ability to bring in any outside food/drink.
For select special events there may be additional merch or decor included (as listed). Ticket fees for theatrical releases and any additional concession add-ons will be due the day of your event.

Yes, we have the technology for you to login into all major streaming platforms but it is the guests responsibility to ensure they have an account with that service. Guests will need to enter their login credentials. We also provide an HDMI cord if connecting a personal device is an easier option.

MovieLab automatically creates a buffer between scheduled events so we allow 30 minutes of set-up time for the host of each event and kindly ask that guests do not arrive any earlier than that.
If more time is needed, please email us at fpxmovielab@flagshipcinemas.com to inquire about extra time. Additional fees may apply if beyond 30 minutes is needed but we find most guests have no issue with the supplied time frame.

Rentals must have a parent/guardian 21+ present for the duration of the rental if any attendees are under the age of 16. Responsibility of taking care of minors falls on the event host and they agree to supervise their guests and their actions.

We can only accommodate one event at a time. If you see a "waitlist" option it means that that start time would overlap or conflict with an existing event. You can elect to sign up for the waitlist which would give you priority should the spot open up. That being said, it is very rare for events to cancel or reschedule so we always encourage hosts to look at other available days/times to consider to make sure we get them in.
We do build in time between each rental to make sure the room is cleaned and reset before every event. This is reflected in the available times.

You want to hold a 2 hour event. You can start your event at 10am, but starting it at 10:30 would have it run too late and conflict with a later event that afternoon.

Yes, the FPX MovieLab contains no steps. Handicap parking is available in the shared Flagship Cinemas parking lot. Our private bathroom is spacious and within the MovieLab event space.

Yes. A 25% payment is due to make your reservation. The final amount is due 3 days prior to your event. We do not auto-charge your account in case you desire to use a different form of payment - you will receive a reminder invoice prior to the due date. All rental payments must be made through our online booking system.
Additional fees such as ticket fees for theatrical releases or concession add-ons will be due the day of your event and can be paid in person.

We are located inside of the Flagship Premium Cinemas in Palmyra, PA. Once you enter the lobby you will find the MovieLab in FPX Studio A on your right hand side.

The FPX MovieLab is great for small gatherings. If you have more guests we have have a couple options:
Depending on your event type, reach out to us about booking a longer rental back to back or book several separate rentals. This can work well for things like film premieres, local films, corporate events etc.

No, although we are located inside the Flagship Cinemas in Palmyra, PA we are a separate entity with different pricing and scheduling software. If you need help changing your reservation to be at the MovieLab please email us at fpxmovielab@flagshipcinemas.com at least 48 hours prior to your event.

We do not serve or offer alcohol but as part of your event you are welcome to bring any outside food or drink including alcohol.
All local/state laws shall be followed. Please drink responsibly.
MovieLab staff reserve the right to remove any guest(s)/group, cancel event and/or limit or prohibit the consumption of alcohol if they observe any safety concerns to guests, staff or property and/or illegal activities or activities that go against these terms and conditions such as, but not limited to, underage drinking, lack of valid ID etc.

Although a MovieLab staff member may be available to assist you in person if you have a question, all payments and bookings must be run through our online booking system. Our concierge staff does not have set customer service hours at this time so the best way to book if you need is assistance is to email us at fpxmovielab@flagshipcinemas.com or give us a call and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The MovieLab is completely customizable. We have popular packages and time slots listed online for ease of booking - if you are looking for something special whether it be an early/late time slot, or a custom rental length please email us at fpxmovielab@flagshipcinemas.com so we can set up your event booking link for you.

At this time we do not charge a security deposit.
Please note, any excessive damages, beyond normal wear & tear, caused deliberately or accidentally may incur a damages fee. If so, the card on file will be charged within 72 hours of notification of said fee unless other arrangements are made. An itemized list of damages and costs will be provided for any fees incurred which may include but is not limited to cost of replacement, time of repairs & loss of revenue incurred.
Any unruly, disruptive, inappropriate guests may be asked to leave and your event may be ended with no refund at the discretion of MovieLab staff should they deem it necessary.

Your time in the room is up to you - enjoy it however you would like. Celebrate a birthday, bring in a delicious meal, watch additional movies or streaming, play a game, host a book club - whatever you can think of we can make happen!
It is absolutely fine to switch activities through out your rental. Although we do need to know theatrical film preference prior to your event to prepare the projector other activities like streaming/gaming can be done on the fly. Or turn of the screen for part of the rental and connect with your guests - this is your time and space, enjoy it as you'd like.

No pets of any kind will be allowed within the FPX MovieLab. Per ADA law, only working service animals are allowed. Emotional Support Animals are not considered service animals and will not be allowed.

Hosts can split payments onto different cards if desired. When booking you are required to pay a 25% deposit, and the final amount is due 3 days prior to your event. If you are looking to make smaller payments or have others in your group pay please let us know and we can help facilitate that process. All payments must be made through our online booking system.

Whatever seems best for your group! Our booking options (group, celebrate, stream, gaming etc) are to help us best serve you and anticipate your needs in advance. All hourly pricing is the same - the most important thing is to book the correct length of time you would like.
The exception is the Feature Film rental - the length of this rental is for a theatrical film ONLY so time may vary. Most films run 2-2.5 hours. If you want additional party time to be added on - please book a celebration or group hourly time slot. We recommend 1 hour in addition to the runtime of your film.
